Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan layouts and circuits.
- Ensure all electrical work meets local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Maryland.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on electrical experience.
- Transportation: Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, circuitry, and electrical schematics.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in various weather conditions, and climb ladders.
