Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings, residential properties, and industrial facilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for precise project execution
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), Texas state regulations, and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Lead project teams for new constructions, renovations, and emergency service calls
- Manage inventory, order materials, and maintain accurate project documentation
- Mentor junior electricians and provide technical guidance on complex installations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master required)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial and residential electrical work
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, circuit installation, and load calculations
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training preferred
- Proficiency in reading architectural plans and electrical schematics
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters, clamp meters, and circuit tracers
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
