Responsibilities
- Perform new electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with Miami-Dade County building codes, NEC standards, and safety regulations.
- Inspect electrical systems, identify faults, and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including job sites and vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating project status and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (State of Florida required).
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and local building codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment and power tools.
