Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure all electrical systems meet local and national safety codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all work is in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and state regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project timelines and specific requirements.
- Utilize modern diagnostic tools and software to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Ohio (Apprentice licenses will be considered with high school diploma/GED).
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable work experience in commercial or residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
