Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to plan installations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Ensure all work adheres to strict safety protocols and local regulations
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and clients to deliver tailored solutions
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices during complex projects
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits for commercial clients
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial/residential settings
- Proficiency with NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and local building codes
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Experience with energy management systems and smart technology integration
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces)
