Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure precise installations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California Title 24 standards
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices to maintain project quality and safety protocols
- Manage inventory of electrical materials and equipment for optimal project efficiency
- Document work progress and maintain detailed service records for compliance reporting
Qualifications
- Valid California State Electrician License (required)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial/residential settings
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit installation
- Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and smart home technology
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in diverse environments
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
