Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution
- Ensure all work complies with Florida Electrical Code and OSHA safety standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with contractors, clients, and team members to meet project timelines
- Conduct system inspections and provide detailed reports to clients
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida State Electrician License (Class A or B)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Expertise in reading technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Proficiency with conduit bending, circuit installation, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
