Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code and Florida regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise apprentices and junior electricians on complex projects
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project managers for seamless execution
- Document work orders, materials used, and safety compliance records
Qualifications
- Valid Florida State Electrical License (Journeyman or higher)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems
- Familiarity with energy-efficient installations and smart home technology
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
