Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Inspect electrical systems to ensure they comply with safety standards and perform necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations and repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining work clearly and answering questions.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work.
- Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
