Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan complex installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper disposal of waste materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical concepts clearly to clients.
- Assist in mentoring junior electricians and apprentices when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, and generators.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools with precision and safety.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
