Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors and clients
- Train and mentor junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Conduct thorough inspections and prepare detailed reports
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona State Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- Familiarity with energy-efficient lighting and smart home technologies
- OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong understanding of NEC updates and Arizona electrical codes
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
