Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures per NEC standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Conduct diagnostic testing and repairs on electrical equipment
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company protocols
- Manage inventory and order materials for project completion
- Mentor junior electricians and provide on-site guidance
- Document work orders, reports, and project timelines accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland State Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
