Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for residential and commercial clients
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors and clients
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
- Conduct thorough inspections and quality assurance checks
Qualifications
- Valid Texas State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes, OSHA standards, and safety protocols
- Ability to read complex blueprints and technical diagrams
- Proficient with electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/on-call shifts
