Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain: Perform high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine layout and wiring.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly to clients and managing expectations.
- Tool Management: Maintain, inspect, and organize tools and equipment to ensure readiness for every job.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency service calls with urgency and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Colorado.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or apprenticeship completion preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driving record and current Driver's License.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Tools: Own or reliable access to standard electrical hand tools and a voltage tester.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
