Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and devices in accordance with codes and standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine the layout of wiring, equipment, or fixtures.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to ensure all systems are functioning correctly and safely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate project status effectively to clients.
- Lead junior apprentices and ensure a clean, safe job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
