Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in residential and commercial settings.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Maryland (or ability to obtain reciprocity).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong knowledge of Residential and Commercial wiring systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Proven track record of safety compliance and adherence to OSHA standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
