Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety compliance.
- Install and connect wiring, fixtures, and appliances according to local building codes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Document work orders, materials used, and time spent on projects accurately.
Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to obtain necessary trade certification and complete apprenticeship requirements.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
