Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in compliance with NEC and Louisiana state codes
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for complex projects
- Perform inspections and ensure safety standards are met on job sites
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members for seamless project execution
- Manage inventory and order materials for upcoming projects
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and system changes
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and system troubleshooting
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including emergency call-outs
