Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and industrial equipment during night hours.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work adheres to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand over completed tasks and address any immediate concerns.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (State of Massachusetts).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Proven ability to work effectively and independently during the night shift.
- Strong understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
