Responsibilities
- Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine layout and wiring requirements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently to minimize facility downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Document all work performed accurately and maintain detailed logs.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless project transitions.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required (State of California).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts without supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
