Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local and National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations and safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to OSHA safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating project timelines and potential issues clearly to clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults quickly and accurately.
- Assist in mentoring apprentice electricians and junior staff to foster team development.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of Arizona.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
