Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and residential projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations accurately.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding job progress and any issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Current Driver's License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy materials for extended periods.
