Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to provide status updates and address concerns.
- Assist in mentoring junior electricians and apprentices when necessary.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (valid in NY and MA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, wiring standards, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
