Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and residential sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical work.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and requirements.
- Utilize power tools and testing equipment to verify the integrity of electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or residential electrical work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, especially during weekend shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
