Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code-compliant installations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to deliver timely, high-quality solutions
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and NFPA safety standards in all work environments
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and safety protocols
- Mentor junior electricians and participate in continuous training initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid Florida State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and local Jacksonville electrical codes
- OSHA 10/30 certification and CPR/AED certification
- Ability to work independently in diverse environments (construction sites, occupied buildings)
