Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code and Massachusetts regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment
- Manage projects from estimation to completion
- Mentor junior technicians and apprentices
- Provide excellent customer service and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Minimum 3 years of field experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility for emergency service calls
