Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and California Title 24 standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead junior electricians and manage project timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and inspection authorities
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Class C or higher)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 10 certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/after hours
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Spanish language skills a plus
