Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, clamp meters, and diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams
- Perform safety inspections and maintain clean work environments
- Complete detailed work documentation and time sheets
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit troubleshooting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Background check and drug screen required
