Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Texas state regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate with contractors and clients
- Manage project timelines and maintain detailed documentation
- Perform safety inspections and implement hazard prevention measures
Qualifications
- Valid Texas electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and local building codes
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
