Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and residential electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead project teams and mentor junior electricians
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance
Qualifications
- Valid Florida State Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC updates and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
