Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions using advanced testing equipment
- Lead project teams and coordinate with contractors, clients, and inspectors
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and industry best practices
- Submit detailed project documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrical License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in reading technical blueprints and schematics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
