Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings per NEC standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Ensure 100% OSHA compliance through safety protocols and inspections
- Maintain detailed service logs and documentation for billing
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices
Qualifications
- Valid Texas electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical installation/repair experience
- Proficiency in conduit bending, circuit design, and troubleshooting
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial electrical codes
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
