- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate project execution
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Manage inventory and materials for assigned projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and project documentation
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- Minimum 3 years verifiable commercial/residential experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, troubleshooting, and load calculations
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for emergency calls and weekend work
