Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial properties.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations and repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC/PA State Code).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including proper disposal of materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical details clearly to clients.
- Assist in mentoring apprentice electricians as needed.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Pennsylvania Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
