Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan work.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Virginia.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in the electrical field.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and heights.
