Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment according to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system longevity and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide expert recommendations.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas Journeyman Electrician License. (Apprentices will not be considered for this urgent role).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of circuit breakers, wiring, transformers, and power distribution.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
