Responsibilities
- Perform new construction electrical installations, including conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel wiring.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute projects accurately.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and other trades personnel to meet strict project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety and 5S principles.
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and power distribution systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics proficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
- Current OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Construction Safety Card (preferred).
