Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex electrical installations, from initial design to final inspection.
- Perform detailed troubleshooting and repair work on commercial and industrial systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
- Mentor and train apprentice electricians and junior staff members.
- Prepare detailed job cost estimates and project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Certified State Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial/residential electrical work.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including transformers, generators, and power distribution.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
