Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead emergency response teams for burst pipes and critical failures
- Ensure compliance with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Mentor junior plumbers and conduct quality assurance inspections
- Manage inventory and equipment for mobile service vehicles
Qualifications
- DC Master Plumber license (required)
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in backflow prevention and trenchless technology
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic and customer communication skills
