Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and provide cost-effective solutions
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, fixture installation, and water heater repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and plumbing codes (Florida Building Code)
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Plumbing License (Class A or B)
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic skills with plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Physical ability to handle tools and materials up to 50 lbs
