Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with Texas state plumbing codes and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers to schedule and coordinate installations
- Provide emergency plumbing services during after-hours rotations
- Train apprentices on industry best practices and safety protocols
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber license required
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe rehabilitation and hydro-jetting
- Strong knowledge of backflow prevention systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
