Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies with minimal disruption to clients
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for accurate system implementation
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for project efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Maintain clean and organized work sites
Qualifications
- Valid DC plumbing license required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Knowledge of local DC plumbing codes and regulations
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
