Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with Texas plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Mentor junior plumbers and conduct quality assurance checks
- Respond to emergency service calls within 2 hours
Qualifications
- Texas State Plumbing License (required)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and backflow prevention
- Proficiency with plumbing diagnostic software and tools
