Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and system optimizations
- Ensure all work complies with Philadelphia plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide clear estimates and communicate effectively with clients
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Plumbing License (required)
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
