Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems, including water heaters, pipes, and drainage.
- Install and maintain new plumbing fixtures and appliances in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure system longevity and safety.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in Michigan.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential plumbing systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
