Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using drain cameras and pressure testing equipment
- Perform water heater repairs, pipe replacements, and fixture installations
- Adhere to California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide accurate estimates and maintain service logs
- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour service window
- Mentor junior plumbers and maintain clean work sites
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
- 3+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of trenchless pipe lining and hydro-jetting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Driver's license with clean driving record
- Background check and drug screening required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
