Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, and piping.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime for the customer.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, including pipe wrenches, torches, and pressure testers, safely and effectively.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues and provide detailed estimates for repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
