Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform thorough diagnostic inspections to identify leaks, clogs, and structural plumbing issues.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations in Los Angeles.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and provide transparent cost estimates.
- Manage inventory of tools, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient job site operations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Plumber’s License (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience in a commercial or residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, soldering, threading, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
