Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, and piping.
- Perform accurate leak detection and pipe locating services using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Install and maintain new plumbing fixtures, appliances, and systems according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication of job requirements and transparent cost estimates.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on all job sites.
- Manage inventory and ensure tools and vehicles are maintained in excellent working condition.
- Document all work performed and complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Plumbing License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, blueprints, and building regulations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.
