Responsibilities
- Execute physically demanding tasks including material handling, excavation, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and job site cleanliness
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications

- Perform routine equipment maintenance and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, saws, levels) and power equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
